Director of Public Affairs for the Union Pacific Railroad in Illinois says a major capital improvement project is coming to the rail yards on the northeast side of Salem. That was one of several positive announcements Adrian Guerrero shared at the January Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon.
